Fees

Rates: Individual sessions $125

Insurances Accepted:

Depending on the therapist, the following insurances may be accepted: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield, Colorado Medicaid and CHP+, Optum, United, UMR, Tricare, and Triwest. We are also partnered with Chaffee County’s Synergy in the Industry program for food and beverage workers, and PATH4EMS for first responders.

Types of Payment: We also accept cash, check, and credit/debit.

Cancellation/No-Show Policy: If you miss your appointment without giving a notice or cancel within less than 24-hours of the appointment, a $100 fee will be charged. (Does not apply to clients with Medicaid insurance).

While you wait for your appointment, you are welcome to wait either in the entrance waiting room or the hallway to the back offices. Your therapist will come and get you when it is time for your session.
